Calculates the minimum available engine power (i.e., engine motoring curve).

Parameters:
  • engine_stroke (float) – Engine stroke [mm].
  • engine_capacity (float) – Engine capacity [cm3].
  • initial_friction_params (float, float) – Engine initial friction params l & l2 [-].
  • engine_speeds_out (numpy.array | float) – Engine speed [RPM].
